The Blue Hotel is an American rock band based out of Atlanta, GA that has been together since 2008. The group blends hard rock, classic punk, blues-rock, alternative, and eerie heartbreak. Some of their major influences are The Ramones, Led Zeppelin, and Wilco. The members of the band include: Christi “Dark Angel” Couch (drums), Steven Herman (guitar/vocals) and Andy Pittman (bass/vocals).

The band formed when Steven and Christi met through friends at a party one night at Steven’s house in Atlanta. The two shared a passionate conversation about music, and they both were looking to form a band. The musical chemistry between the two was obvious before they even played a single note together. Andy later joined the band after returning from hiking the Appalachian Trail. Andy and Steven had been great friends and had played in bands together since high school. They had built a strong musical chemistry together over the years and have brought that into The Blue Hotel.

The group places a strong emphasis on hard work, originality, and unity. They are a rock-solid, well-greased, hard rocking trio that seeks to keep the spirit of rock n’ roll alive, while taking it into new territories. The band has created their own brand of rock n’ roll that taps into every emotion. They are known for their powerful and passionate live performances and their excellent songwriting.

The Blue Hotel is ready to become known to the music world. They are a determined band on the rise.
